Vice President HR - North America
Description
Oversee all HR responsibilities shaping the overall HR strategy, vision, and execution
Led HR transformation implementing strategic initiatives that will have meaningful and sustainable impact and outcomes
Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to the Regional President and Global CHRO
Drive change management processes by working with executive management team creating a positive mentality and can-do attitude within corporate and plant environments
Lead, mentor, guide and develop regional HR leadership and team members to deliver key business objectives
Establish and drive a culture based on success in line with the company's corporate values
Participate in business strategy planning and workforce planning as requested
Participate in strategic projects within the region and globally partnering with the CHRO and other global stakeholders
Partner with manufacturing plants and HR Managers to ensure plant performance and objectives are being met
Ensure organization a strong talent management and development process and program to ensure continued employee growth and organizational succession planning
Build effective relationships to support all employee relations issues, ensure full compliance with internal and local labor legislation
Drive talent management, talent development, and succession planning developing leadership pipelines
Develop HR policies and programs for organizational development, planning & training
Own, maintain and create competitive benefits, Health & Safety and employee services package
Work on education and development programs to ensure that we attract, grow and retain talent at all levels within our organization
Create standardized HR policies and procedures across the region
Implement and drive digital and analytics within the HR function to improve reporting and decision making
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources, Business or related, MBA preferred
- 15 plus years of HR experience within a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 5 years of HR leadership experience leading a region
- Prior experience working for a European company - big plus, but must have experience working in a global organization
- Mandatory manufacturing industry experience
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with competing and changing priorities
- Proven record of building and sustaining a strong positive culture within an organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong background in employee relations and legal compliance, labor laws, recruitment and selections, performance management, compensation and change management
- HR Project Management skills
- Strong communication skills verbal and written with open and direct communication style
- Ability to influence coach management and leadership teams
- Ability to travel 25-30% across the region
Job Offer
Base salary $190,000 - $215,000, annual bonus, long term incentive, car allowance, full benefits, 401K, vacation, holidays, etc.
