Vice President - Healthcare Services
About the role
Lazard is seeking a Vice President to join the Healthcare Services group in the New York office. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of investment banking experience, with at least 60% Healthcare M&A experience. The role involves financial analysis, creating models, preparing and presenting client materials, interacting with senior executives, managing deal processes, and providing guidance and supervision to junior bankers.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analyses and create models
- Create and present client presentations and marketing materials
- Interact with client senior executives

- Provide guidance and supervision to Associates and Analysts
