About the role
As a VP, Projects, you will play a crucial role in driving outstanding project management and delivering exceptional results. You will lead and inspire a dynamic team of project managers while ensuring smooth project execution, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation within the Healthcare vertical.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and expectations.
- Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Champion collaboration by engaging with cross-functional teams locally and globally to optimize project outcomes.
- Foster a climate of inclusivity, belonging, and well-being while promoting a diverse workforce.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnering with the business development team to drive growth.
- Drive a sales culture within the PDS team, including leading sales and cross-selling meetings.
- Develop client pursuit strategies, pitch effectively, secure new business, and execute projects across the PDS platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex Healthcare projects within commercial real estate.
- Proven experience leading and managing high-performing teams with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and financial reporting.
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, project management).
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, Six Sigma).
- Experience working in a global organization, collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry-leading project management software and technologies.
- Proven experience in business development and securing new project opportunities.
- Ability to travel as needed.

Pay
Estimated compensation for this position is $150,000 USD per year. This range is an estimate, and actual compensation may differ based on candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
