About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Vice President - Healthcare Bid Management & Proposal Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead healthcare proposal strategy and execution across RFIs, RFPs, and executive presentations, with a focus on winning new business and strengthening commercial effectiveness. The Vice President will develop repeatable solution frameworks, improve proposal quality, and bring disciplined innovation to the full bid lifecycle. This leader will also partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and guide a team responsible for delivering compelling, AI-enabled pursuit materials in a competitive healthcare market.

Responsibilities
- Lead healthcare proposal development for RFIs, RFPs, and executive presentations
- Build repeatable solution frameworks highlighting healthcare expertise
- Drive innovation and quality in the proposal lifecycle
- Conduct win/loss analyses for actionable proposal improvements
- Champion Generative AI and automation in proposal workflows
- Partner with internal teams to integrate AI-enhanced capabilities in materials
- Lead and develop a diverse team focused on commercial effectiveness
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, including services, operations, or consulting
- 10+ years leading proposal management, presales, or sales enablement teams
- Deep knowledge of healthcare payer and provider markets
- Experience with Generative AI and digital transformation technologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay
$167,000 – $239,000 annually
