Responsibilities

  • Design and scale a diversified lead generation engine targeting enterprise brands
  • Own and enhance the referral ecosystem, engaging alumni and strategic partners
  • Expand a network of consultants and partners to drive qualified pipeline growth
  • Lead the team in inside sales and partner sourcing with clear accountability for outcomes
  • Develop the company’s Private Equity growth strategy as a pipeline driver
  • Oversee strategic partnerships within the Amazon ecosystem to drive enterprise creation

Qualifications

  • 12-15+ years in growth, partnerships, business development, or revenue leadership roles
  • Success in building pipeline through traditional and non-traditional channels
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and performance metrics
  • Prior experience with Private Equity firms and portfolio ecosystems
  • Proven inside sales leadership experience
  • Background in managing strategic partnerships with Amazon or within retail media

Pay

$180,000 – $205,000 annually
