Responsibilities
- Design and scale a diversified lead generation engine targeting enterprise brands
- Own and enhance the referral ecosystem, engaging alumni and strategic partners
- Expand a network of consultants and partners to drive qualified pipeline growth
- Lead the team in inside sales and partner sourcing with clear accountability for outcomes
- Develop the company’s Private Equity growth strategy as a pipeline driver
- Oversee strategic partnerships within the Amazon ecosystem to drive enterprise creation
Qualifications
- 12-15+ years in growth, partnerships, business development, or revenue leadership roles
- Success in building pipeline through traditional and non-traditional channels
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and performance metrics
- Prior experience with Private Equity firms and portfolio ecosystems
- Proven inside sales leadership experience
- Background in managing strategic partnerships with Amazon or within retail media

Pay
$180,000 – $205,000 annually
