About the role
The Vice President of Partnerships will lead strategic partnerships and collaborations that drive growth and innovation for Phoenix Tailings. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for identifying and cultivating key industry relationships, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships, and leveraging these connections to enhance market presence and expand business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies that align with corporate goals and objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate potential partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players and influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on partnership initiatives and outcomes.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a corporate environment, with a focus on partnerships and alliances.
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing partnerships that have led to significant business growth.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Qualifications
- Experience in the environmental or mining industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to the company’s operations.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

$75, 000 - $150, 000
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
