About the Role
This leadership position provides direct support to the global management team across all functional areas and revenue streams, including Rentals, Pumps, Units, and Parts/Tools/Accessories. The role involves strategic planning, operational execution, and driving profitable growth while ensuring compliance and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the management team is staffed, positioned, and supported to achieve short- and long-range business strategy, performance goals, and tactical execution of annual operating plans.
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic plans and annual operating plans covering new product development, P&L elements, balance sheets, capital spending, cash flow, and inventory plans.
- Implement, monitor, and report on action plans to address resource gaps and achieve business objectives.
- Communicate key business strategies and plans to stakeholders and lead change management initiatives.
- Champion Lean Enterprise and 80/20 initiatives to improve organizational capability, product quality, and on-schedule delivery while driving profitable growth.
- Oversee Compliance, Quality Systems, and manufacturing standards to meet certification and re-certification requirements.
- Participate in the development and execution of supply base integration strategies, including ESG/FSC initiatives.
- Serve as a public spokesperson for the business with customers, dealers, and at public meetings.
- Lead monthly all-employee meetings to ensure organizational alignment and open communication lines.
- Partner with HR on talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Lead the annual Talent Review process to support succession planning.
- Support Enterprise Risk Management and the development of the Long-Term Financial Model using data from the Strategic Business Plan and annual operating plan.
- Facilitate Investor Relations initiatives, including plant tours for shareholders.
- Engage with customers and sales teams in the field to understand competitive market trends and leverage shifts in the landscape.
- Manage the performance of direct reports and implement career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with all legislation and company policies, including environmental, employment, and safety standards.
- Act as a goodwill ambassador for Corporate, delivering messaging, identifying engagement opportunities, and providing feedback from the local team.
- Travel up to 20% of the time.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- MBA preferred, or direct experience managing a manufacturing plant may be considered in lieu of an MBA.
- 10+ years of experience in Operations, Product Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Materials, Quality Systems, and Human Resources within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing multiple levels of customer relationships in a dealer environment (considered an asset).
- Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, and Information Technology (preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to interpret financial documentation and perform associated analysis.
- Experience in manufacturing planning and sales cyclicality.
- Knowledge of Heavy Equipment Systems (hydraulics, electrical, pneumatics, engines, etc.) preferred.
- Proficient in business systems, including Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.
