About the Role
You will lead the global partner marketing strategy for a B2B portfolio and scale partner recruitment, onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion programs. You will manage partner marketing investments, campaigns, communications, measurement, and a global team while driving pipeline and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 15+ years of B2B marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, alliance marketing, or ecosystem marketing experience
- Experience building and scaling partner or channel marketing organizations
- Experience developing partner programs, lifecycle strategies, co-marketing motions, demand generation programs, and enablement initiatives
- Experience managing global teams in highly matrixed organizations
- Understanding of channel, reseller, referral, technology partner, alliance, ecosystem, and co-sell business models
- Expertise in pipeline generation, revenue attribution, investment management, performance measurement, and ROI analysis
- Strong executive presence, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the global partner marketing strategy
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
- Build scalable partner growth frameworks
- Accelerate partner productivity and co-sell effectiveness
- Establish partner marketing investment strategies
- Lead marketing execution for the Mastercard Partner Advantage Program
- Create onboarding, engagement, certification, enablement, and communications programs
- Own partner-facing campaigns, webinars, summits, awards, advisory councils, and community programs
- Build scalable campaigns, toolkits, playbooks, and lifecycle programs
- Establish planning and governance processes across regions
- Oversee co-marketing funds and demand generation programs
- Establish measurement and ROI frameworks
- Define partner marketing KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting
- Lead and develop a global partner marketing team
