Vice President, General Manager & Campus Lead, Devens
for each heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities are a list of bullet points under Key Responsibilities. We need to preserve all substantive info. The responsibilities text includes paragraphs and bullet-like items but not actual bullet list. We can convert each bullet-like line into
- . The text includes headings within responsibilities: Strategic & Enterprise Leadership:, Biologics Manufacturing Operations & Technical Excellence:, etc. We could treat each as a subheading? But instructions: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So only top-level sections. Within Responsibilities we can use - for list items. We can embed subheadings maybe as inside
- . That's okay.
Similarly Qualifications & Experience includes Education, Experience, Technical & Compliance Knowledge, Digital & AI-Driven Transformation, Leadership. We can make each as
- with subheadings.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We must remove boilerplate: The initial paragraph about Bristol Myers Squibb purpose etc is part of Position Summary? Actually it's introductory fluff. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; but we can remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The intro paragraph about purpose-driven culture is maybe considered boilerplate? It's generic but maybe part of company description. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The intro paragraph is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered generic fluff. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; the intro paragraph is not substantive about the role. Might be considered filler. Safer to keep it? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The intro paragraph is not specific to role; could be omitted. I'd omit it to keep focus.
Thus sections: About the role (Position Summary). Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities). Requirements (Qualifications & Experience). Use
for each.
Now craft HTML.
We'll start with About the role

with the Position Summary text (the paragraph after "Position Summary").
Position Summary text: "The General Manager, Devens is the senior leader accountable for the end-to-end performance, compliance, and strategic direction of BMS’s large-scale commercial biologics Global Business Unit (GBU) operations at Devens, and serves as the Campus Lead for the full Devens site, spanning both the GBU Biologics organization and the Cell Therapy business unit. This role oversees all GBU Biologics site operations at Devens – from cell culture and manufacturing sciences & technology (MS&T) to large-scale commercial drug substance production – with full accountability for talent development, safety, quality, regulatory compliance, supply reliability, and cost management across the Biologics organization. As Campus Lead, the General Manager also owns end-to-end site services and shared infrastructure – Site Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Security, and Facilities – that support both the GBU Biologics and Cell Therapy business units operating on the Devens campus, ensuring both organizations have the capacity, capabilities, and infrastructure to deliver on their respective missions. A defining focus of this role over the next several years is leading the transformation and integration of the GBU Biologics and Cell Therapy business units at Devens – building a single, unified campus operating model, governance structure, and culture that harmonizes site services, talent, and ways of working across both modalities. This includes championing innovative, digitally enabled and AI-driven transformation – advanced analytics, automation, digital twins, and other Industry 4.0 capabilities – to reimagine site processes, accelerate integration, and establish Devens as a “smart campus” that delivers sustainable competitive advantage. The General Manager also serves as the primary representative of the Devens campus both within the global manufacturing network (driving adoption of world-class standards and sharing best practices across BMS’s network of manufacturing sites) and externally (engaging with regulatory authorities, government officials, industry partners, and the local community to uphold the Company’s reputation and advance strategic initiatives). This position is pivotal in ensuring that the Devens campus remains a world-class, innovative biologics and cell therapy manufacturing hub that reliably delivers life-saving medicines to patients while successfully transforming into a single, integrated, future-ready campus."
We'll put that in
