Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager

The Vice President, Client Operations Manager role at BNY is located in Everett, MA. This role supports key client relationships, oversees financial statement preparation and review, collaborates with stakeholders, and drives process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support key client relationships as the primary point of escalation and coordination across accounting services.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address accounting issues and develop robust solutions that align with BNY's strategic goals.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the accounting function, leveraging technology and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 8 years of total work experience.
• Prior financial services experience a plus.

• Experience with financial systems and processes.

Pay

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $69,000 and $153,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package.

Schedule

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
