Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities
- Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code in scalable client-side and server-side architecture
- Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites
- Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to satisfy requirements and solutions
- Maintain software functionality and currency (technical debt and gain)
- Actively participate in code reviews
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
- Apply security and privacy principles
- Execute full lifecycle software development
- Facilitate technical discussions and oversee the team's development work
- Foster a culture of learning, innovating, and continuous improvement
- Promote engineering best practices to deliver software via rapid iterations and frequent releases
- Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings and other Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure timely delivery across all the systems at the program level
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 5 plus years of full stack technical experience
- Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot/REST development, including microservices and event-driven architecture implementation
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (3 plus Years)
- Experience in test automation development using Cypress, Selenium or similar
- Experience with Test-Driven-Development is preferred
- Good to have RDBMS
- Experience in Agile methodologies, either Sprint or Kanban
- Solid grasp of Git, CI/CD, Agile principles
- Strong technical and communication skills required
- Knowledge and experience in financial services or fintech is preferred
