Vice President, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth objectives
• Collaborate with executive leadership to provide strategic insights for business decisions
• Oversee the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning
• Analyze financial performance to enhance profitability and growth
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team, promoting high performance
• Partner with departments to assess financial impacts of initiatives
• Provide modeling and analysis for new projects and investments
• Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and the board

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of finance experience, with 5+ years in leadership in technology, software, or gaming
• Strong AI-first mindset; experience with BI tools and automation in FP&A processes
• Proficiency in financial software, with knowledge of Adaptive Insights and Workday preferred
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to derive strategic insights from complex data
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
