Vice President, Forward Deployed Engineering - TMT

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale the Builder model for TMT, establishing clear roles and success metrics
• Drive the full consumption lifecycle from agent provisioning to scalability
• Operationalize a robust Adoption Playbook as the execution guide across the sales cycle
• Create alignment across Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success for a seamless customer experience
• Lead customer engagements to transition from AI experiments to operational models
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team with a culture of ownership and speed
• Implement AI-driven workflows to enhance team operations and customer interactions

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software or SaaS, 5+ in leadership roles
• Proven experience deploying AI/LLM solutions at scale
• Expertise in developing and retaining top technical talent
• Deep understanding of enterprise data architecture and security
• Fluency in programming languages like Python or JavaScript
• Exceptional strategic problem-solving with a focus on translating ambiguity into insights
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for engaging C-suite stakeholders

Pay

$260,610 – $348,600 annually
