The Opportunity

The Opportunity: Gustavus Adolphus College seeks a Vice President for Finance and Auxiliaries and Chief Financial Officer to serve as a strategic and operational leader during a period of institutional momentum and transformation. Reporting directly to the President and serving as a key member of the senior leadership team, the VP/CFO will guide the financial and administrative functions of the College, including finance, facilities, payroll, and auxiliary services. This leader will play a central role in aligning institutional resources with strategic priorities, ensuring long-term financial sustainability while supporting the College's ambitious vision for growth and innovation.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $195,000 - $240,000.
