Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury & Tax

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury & Tax to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This executive finance leader will own enterprise planning, forecasting, and capital allocation across a global organization. The role will partner closely with senior leadership to evaluate growth initiatives, guide strategic investments, and translate financial performance into clear decision-making support. In addition, this leader will oversee treasury strategy and cash management while helping drive disciplined execution and operational efficiency. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $250,000 – $350,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the annual operating plan and strategic financial outlook. Provide financial leadership for growth initiatives and investments. Evaluate strategic opportunities with executive leadership. Deliver accurate global financial forecasts and establish performance metrics. Oversee the global treasury strategy and cash management processes. Lead executive communications and report financial performance to board-level stakeholders. Drive financial analysis for revenue growth and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 15+ years of progressive experience across FP&A, corporate finance, or related disciplines. 8+ years of leadership experience managing finance teams. 5+ years of executive-level financial leadership in planning and capital allocation. Experience within a global manufacturing or highly regulated industry.
