Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury & Tax
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First paragraph: "The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury & Tax leads CONMED's enterprise financial planning, treasury strategy, and global tax activities. This role provides strategic financial leadership across planning, forecasting, liquidity, capital structure, capital allocation, financial risk management, tax strategy, compliance, reporting, and enterprise performance reporting. Serving as a key advisor to the CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors, the role partners with business leaders, external financial institutions, tax authorities, advisors, and cross-functional teams to align financial strategy, tax governance, and capital priorities with CONMED's enterprise objectives and long-term value creation." That's a description; could be "About the role". We'll put that in
. Then "Key Duties And Responsibilities" followed by many bullet-like sentences. We'll create a
- list for responsibilities.
Then "Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications" etc. We'll separate Requirements (minimum qualifications) and Preferred Qualifications maybe as Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content goes where.
We have Minimum Qualifications (list). Preferred Qualifications (list). Could combine into Qualifications section? Or separate Requirements (minimum) and Qualifications (preferred). The instruction says we can have both headings if content exists. We'll include Requirements for minimum qualifications, and Qualifications for preferred qualifications.
Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe we can infer but not given. Better not to create Skills section if no specific content.
Benefits: There's a Benefits paragraph with list: Competitive compensation, Excellent healthcare..., Short & long term disability..., Retirement Savings Plan..., Employee Stock Purchase Plan..., Tuition assistance..., Employee Referral Program incentives. We'll create Benefits section with
- .
Pay: Salary range disclosed: "Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is 250,000 to 350,000." Also note actual compensation may vary. So we have Pay section with that info.
Schedule: There's "Remote position. Total Travel of approximately 30% - 40%". That's schedule/remote/travel. Could be Schedule section. We'll include Schedule with that info.
We also have other metadata like "Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship" etc. That's minor metadata; we can fold into a short
or drop. Probably we can include a brief
after the main description? But we should not repeat job title as heading. We'll keep a short paragraph for sponsorship and disclosure? The disclosure about salary is already in Pay. Sponsorship note can be a short
maybe under a generic note? But we should not create extra headings. We'll just include a
after the description maybe. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, cookie/navigation/legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes: "CONMED is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also "Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal Poster". Also Colorado residents note. Also "If you feel you need a reasonable accommodation...". Also "The Know Your Rights: ...". Also "Visit our Benefits Page for more information." That's boilerplate; we should remove. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we keep benefits list but not the "Visit our Benefits Page for more information." We'll keep the bullet list. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:
