Vice President, Financial Accounting & Reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting and reporting operations
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including public-company and regulatory filings
• Oversee audit readiness and compliance processes
• Collaborate with risk management and internal audit functions
• Support the CFO in Audit Committee matters
• Scale accounting processes to support business complexity
• Develop high-performing teams and foster collaboration

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Significant public-company reporting and regulatory compliance experience
• TSX experience required; NASDAQ and NYSE experience preferred
• Deep understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX frameworks
• Strong grasp of revenue recognition (IFRS 15/ASC 606)
• Big Four public accounting background with a focus on public-company audit
• Active CPA designation required
• Strong senior management communication skills

Pay

$180,000 – $220,000 annually
