Vice President, Finance (West Division, Diagnostics Segment)

For a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Vice President of Finance (West Division Diagnostics Segment) to support financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance. This role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, offering the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance leader for the division's leadership team
• Partner with business leaders to shape and execute strategy
• Drive P&L performance and cost optimization
• Identify initiatives for profitability and operational efficiency
• Lead annual planning and forecasting efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• 10+ years in FP&A, budgeting, and strategic planning
• 10+ years managing full P&L performance
• 5+ years in regulated industries, especially healthcare or life sciences

Pay

$210,000 – $250,000 annually
