This role will support financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance for the North Central Division Diagnostics Segment of a leader in the healthcare space. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Serve as the finance leader and member of the division's leadership team
- Partner with leaders to shape and execute business strategy
- Impact decision-making related to pricing, costs, and resource allocation
- Drive full P&L performance for revenue and cost optimization
- Identify initiatives to boost profitability and operational efficiency
- Lead annual planning and long-range financial strategy with insights and analytics
- Evaluate financial aspects of M&A opportunities and support deal execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in complex businesses
- 10+ years in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning
- 10+ years managing full P&L performance, focusing on revenue growth and margin improvement
- 5+ years in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences
Pay
$180,000 – $220,000 annually
