Vice President, Finance (FP&A and G&A)

This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, influencing enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance FP&A and G&A activities for the business unit
• Conduct financial analysis to identify month-end financial drivers and ensure state compliance
• Identify medical cost trends and lead cost improvement initiatives
• Perform financial impact analysis for new contracts and support negotiations
• Review monthly performance and provide variance recommendations to senior management
• Establish the financial strategic vision and objectives for the business unit
• Validate pricing models and identify areas for efficiency improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent experience required
• 8+ years in a high-level finance role specifically in healthcare or insurance
• Previous management experience in hiring, training, and staff performance management
• Master's Degree preferred
• CPA and Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred

$188,900 – $359,800 annually
