Vice President Finance
Role Description
The Vice President Finance is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Glen Ellyn, IL, responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy and performance. This role manages the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to executive leadership. The Vice President Finance leads budgeting and forecasting processes, supports long-term financial planning, and provides data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, overseeing accounting operations, managing banking and vendor relationships, and implementing financial controls and policies. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional leaders to evaluate business initiatives, optimize profitability, and support continuous improvement across Dreisilker’s operations and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance, with demonstrated experience in senior financial leadership roles.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting, including development and management of forecasts and long-range financial models.
- Expertise in Financial Reporting and Financial Statements, with a track record of ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear communication to stakeholders.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial services, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams, collaborate across departments, and support organizational growth.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems and financial software, along with Excel and other analytical tools.
