Vice President, Finance and IT
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we can use other headings if they match content? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It seems they expect those specific headings, but we can adapt? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they want us to use those headings when appropriate. But we can also use other headings if they better match? The examples are just examples; we can use any heading but must be . Probably we should use headings like "Job Summary", "Essential Functions", "Education and Experience", "Skills and Attributes", "Reports To", "Key Internal Relationships", "Physical Demands", "Christian Life/Mission". However the instruction says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It may be that they expect us to map content to those standard headings. But we have content like Job Summary, Essential Functions, etc. Could we map Job Summary to "About the role"? Essential Functions to "Responsibilities"? Education And Experience to "Qualifications"? Skills And Attributes to "Skills"? Reports To maybe not needed. Key Internal Relationships maybe not needed. Physical Demands maybe not needed. Christian Life maybe not needed.
But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop details like Reports To etc. If we map to standard headings, we might lose those specifics unless we embed them under appropriate headings. For example, Reports To could go under "About the role" or maybe under a separate heading but we can still include as a paragraph under a heading like "Leadership". However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should combine related info into fewer sections.
Thus we could have sections: About the role (Job Summary + Reports To + Key Internal Relationships), Responsibilities (Essential Functions: Culture and Values, Role Specific Responsibilities, Supervision), Qualifications (Education And Experience), Skills (Skills And Attributes), Schedule (Weekend and evening availability), Physical Demands (maybe under Responsibilities or separate?), Christian Life/Mission (maybe under About the role). But we need to decide.
We must not invent headings like "Christian Life" if not in the list of examples? It's okay as long as it's . The examples are just examples, not exhaustive. So we can use any heading.
But to be safe, we can follow the pattern: Use headings that match the content: "Job Summary", "Essential Functions", "Education and Experience", "Skills and Attributes", "Reports To", "Key Internal Relationships", "Physical Demands", "Christian Life". All as . That preserves all info.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. The posting includes some Christian mission statements; we keep that as it's substantive.
