Mastercard is seeking a Vice President, Field CISO, Commercial, for North America to join a global team of senior security advisors responsible for deep customer engagement, executive influence, and cybersecurity thought leadership. This role operates as a frontline interface to the world’s leading CISOs, shaping strategic partnerships and positioning Mastercard as the trusted authority in cyber resilience, fraud, and digital trust. This position is focused on supporting Security Solution's North America Region and driving cybersecurity thought leadership, client engagement, and business growth across the region.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer executives, including CISOs, CIOs, CROs, and Boards.
- Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity, cyber resilience, fraud, digital trust, risk management, and emerging technologies.
- Translate complex security concepts into business outcomes, risk reduction, and competitive advantage.
- Lead executive briefings, advisory sessions, and strategic customer engagements.
- Strengthen executive relationships and position Mastercard as a strategic cybersecurity partner.
- Capture customer insights and market trends to influence product, engineering, and innovation roadmaps.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure solutions align with evolving enterprise security needs.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, customer requirements, and security challenges.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Services teams to support strategic customer opportunities.
