Join the CAF America Team
Where purpose meets impactCAF America works at the center of the giving world, partnering with corporate and individual donors to enable giving with greater impact and providing strategic support to enable social purpose organizations to do more of their life-changing work. Whether working with nonprofits to facilitate funding, enabling donors with more transparent giving, calling attention to disaster relief efforts, or connecting the dots behind the scenes to support operations, the work we do makes an impact on a global scale.
Culture
We are guided by three core values:
Act with Integrity: The work we do touches lives. This is our privilege and our responsibility. We take care, invest the time, and never cut corners. Every interaction is an opportunity to demonstrate our dedication and earn the trust of those we serve.
Move Forward Together: Better outcomes are created in collaboration. Our relationships are built on mutual respect and understanding. We listen more than we speak, find the common ground, and support one another in pursuit of our shared goals.
Shape the Change: Progress starts with people. We seek opportunity, never afraid to challenge accepted wisdom. With bold, agile thinking, we make things happen that no one else can. We don’t respond to change, we shape it.
We pride ourselves on creating a positive working environment and culture that values all team members’ experience and voices as we work towards our common goal of providing service to our donor clients or our international charity partners.
We are a remote-first organization, embracing technology and flexibility in an ever-changing environment in order to create a team that makes the biggest difference together. Each year, there are also in-person team days where we gather together to collaborate face-to-face and connect as a community.

Open Positions
The Interview Process
Applying and interviewing at CAF America is typically a five step process and our promise to you is to make things as transparent as possible so you are not guessing as to what is coming next. Usually this process takes about 4-6 weeks from when the job opening is posted.
Step 1: Apply
You take the time to apply to an open position at CAF America and your resume and application are sent to Human Resources for initial review.
Step 2: Screening Call
If your application is successful and deemed to meet the qualifications for the role, you will receive an invitation to schedule a screening call from Human Resources to talk about the position and your potential match.
Step 3: Panel Interviews
If your screening call is a success, you will schedule an interview via conference with a panel of three to four of your potential future colleagues. Depending on the role, there may be 1 or 2 panel interviews. These panel interviews allow you to talk to staff who you could potentially be working with and ask questions about the role and organization.
Step 4: Manager Interview
After the panel interview, you will schedule a conference call with the hiring manager to talk about your potential responsibilities and match for the open position.
Step 5: Job Offer
If all of your interviews are successful and you are chosen for the position by the hiring manager, Human Resources will reach out with a job offer and work with you to determine your starting date and launch your onboarding program.
