WHERE IT IS LOCATED

  • Remote, with preference for candidates based in the East Coast or Central U.S.
  • Travel required for conferences, events, and key meetings as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead the overall production function across live conferences, virtual experiences, webinars, and digital content programs.
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of polished, high-quality experiences across multiple formats and audiences.
  • Manage and develop a multi-layered team across live event production, digital production, and meeting planning/logistics.
  • Shape the strategy for audience engagement, event formats, digital experiences, and overall production quality.
  • Partner with internal leaders and external vendors to ensure strong execution, consistency, and alignment across programs.
  • Bring fresh ideas, tools, and modern production approaches to help evolve both live and digital experiences.
  • Help build scalable processes, standards, and best practices as the production function continues to mature.

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED

  • 10+ years of experience leading event production, digital production, or audience experience functions within healthcare, medical education, pharma, or medical device industries.
  • Proven background overseeing conferences, events, webinars, virtual programs, or digital content experiences at scale.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and build credibility with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar production, event, or program budgets with a focus on quality, efficiency, and business impact.
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with enough hands-on production knowledge to guide teams, evaluate ideas, and improve processes.
  • Familiarity with event, CRM, and project management platforms such as Cvent, Salesforce, monday.com, or similar tools.
  • Deep production expertise across AV, staging, production infrastructure, virtual event platforms, remote production workflows, webinar delivery, vendor management, and digital content production, including studio and field video, podcasts, and on-demand series.
