About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-priority strategic projects by framing issues and conducting complex analysis
  • Develop strategy presentations and memos for C-suite and Board of Directors
  • Generate new growth ideas based on market dynamics and competition
  • Refine corporate strategy to reflect trends impacting the company
  • Assess organic and inorganic opportunities aligned with strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to advance their strategies while ensuring alignment
  • Coach and develop junior team members and maintain business landscape knowledge

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in strategy consulting or roles within payments and financial services
  • Strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and revenue drivers
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-level initiatives in global organizations
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills for executive outputs
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach
  • Ability to challenge established views and lead discussions at all levels

Pay

$230,000 – $368,000 annually
