About the role

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is a privately held, specialty pharmaceutical company focusing on innovative products for underserved patients. The company's success is driven by its integrated capabilities and extensive partner network, expanding its product portfolio and pipeline in areas like cardiovascular, neurology, endocrinology, gastro-intestinal, institutional, and orphan markets.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring execution across the business, not just plans on paper.
  • Strengthen adoption of the Management System, championing clear, consistent standards for planning, tracking, and decision-making, making them a natural part of how Azurity operates.
  • Develop the capability of frontline and middle managers, building their skill and confidence to lead their own execution without direct involvement.
  • Lead a team of Business Partners, hiring, developing, and mentoring a team embedded across the business, each acting as a trusted advisor and strategy partner to their part of the organization.
  • Provide visibility into strategic priorities, ensuring the company's top priorities are clearly communicated and leadership has an accurate view of what is on track and what needs attention.
  • Lead business integrations, owning the integration of newly acquired businesses, products, or functions into Azurity, and being accountable for their success.
  • Own the Steering Committee, setting the cadence, agenda, and discipline of the company's top governance forum, and keeping it focused and decision-oriented.

What Success Looks Like

  • The people running the business trust and use the standards you have set.
  • Managers across Azurity are more capable and confident running their own execution.
  • Leadership has a clear, accurate view of the company's top priorities at all times.
  • Newly integrated businesses and functions are absorbed smoothly and successfully.
  • Your team of Business Partners is high-performing, well-regarded, and growing in influence.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise program management, transformation, or strategy execution — pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a strong plus.
  • A track record of leading governance or operating functions, not just delivering individual projects.
  • Experience building and leading teams of senior, high-caliber professionals.
  • Comfort operating at the senior leadership level as a trusted advisor.
  • Familiarity with structured problem-solving approaches such as A3 thinking or Lean methodology.
  • Sharp written and verbal communication — you can translate complexity into clarity for any audience.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for executive-level reporting; PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or a similar credential is a plus.

Why Azurity

You will have direct visibility with senior leadership, a genuine mandate to build a function from the ground up, and the opportunity to shape how a growing pharmaceutical company operates — not only where it is headed, but how it gets there. You will work alongside leaders who care as much about how decisions are made as what decisions are made, and you will play a direct role in helping Azurity reach the patients who need us most.
