About the Role

We are seeking an experienced executive to lead a growing Electrical Services Division. This role is responsible for overall business performance, operational leadership, strategic planning, project delivery, financial performance, and team development. The successful candidate will drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence while leading estimating, project management, and field operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of division operations, including estimating, project management, and execution.
• Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives and business plans.
• Manage divisional financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and industry partners.
• Ensure successful project delivery, quality standards, and safety performance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to establish and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within the electrical construction industry.
• Proven success leading operations, project execution, and business development initiatives.
• Strong financial, operational, and people leadership capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical construction, estimating, and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Industry certifications such as PMP, PE, or similar credentials (preferred).

Pay

$225,000.00 USD Annually - $265,000.00 USD Annually
