Vice President, Distribution Finance

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial modeling for MVPD and partnership negotiations
• Perform financial analysis of proposed economics and make counter proposal recommendations
• Summarize proposals for executive management review
• Review contracts during negotiations for economic alignment with financial models
• Analyze subscriber trends and financial history
• Research industry trends to inform renewal strategy
• Develop operational strategy for product positioning, pricing, and packaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• MBA or in-progress MBA preferred
• 10+ years in Finance or Management Consulting required
• Experience in negotiations, streaming, content licensing, or ad-supported TV preferred
• Strong analytical skills with data reporting and analysis experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with financial systems and data visualization tools like Oracle or Essbase
