Vice President, Digital Mission Solutions

About the role

The Vice President, Digital Mission Solutions (DMS) provides executive leadership for a mission-focused business delivering advanced digital solutions and technical capabilities in support of the Intelligence Community and other national security customers. As a member of the senior leadership team, the Vice President is accountable for the overall performance, growth, execution, and organizational health of the Digital Mission Solutions Division. The role combines strategic business leadership, customer and mission understanding, operational excellence, technical credibility, and people leadership to position the Division for sustained growth and impact. The Vice President leads through other leaders and works across the CTC enterprise to translate customer mission needs into differentiated capabilities, strengthen customer partnerships, develop new business opportunities, deliver exceptional program performance, and build the talent and organizational capabilities required for the future.
