Responsibilities
- Set and lead the global strategy for customer engagement transformation across regions
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for customer engagement capabilities
- Drive executive alignment on customer engagement models across roles
- Chair governance forums to set direction and prioritize investments
- Shape the future-state customer engagement ecosystem across functions
- Lead deployment of customer engagement capabilities to ensure effectiveness
- Manage external partner ecosystem and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- BA/BS required; MS/MBA or PhD preferred
- 15+ years leading global transformation in complex organizations
- Extensive experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences
- Evidence of driving enterprise-wide transformation programs
- Strong understanding of CRM and customer engagement processes
- Proven leadership capability managing teams in a matrixed environment
- Excellent executive communication and influencing skills
