Vice President, Corporate Controller

About the Role

A rapidly growing, publicly traded global technology/manufacturing company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Controller to join its executive leadership team. This is a high-impact opportunity for a proactive, high-energy accounting leader who thrives in a complex, global public-company environment and wants to play a key role in scaling a business through significant growth and M&A activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Accounting, General Ledger, AP, AR, Tax, Audit, Revenue, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting, and international accounting operations
• Manage a 20–25 person direct and indirect organization
• Partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership team across the business
• Lead M&A integration and organizational scaling initiatives
• Drive process, systems, controls, and operational improvements
• Support a company experiencing significant growth, with ambitious plans to scale revenue substantially over the next several years
• Manage international scope across North America, Europe, and Asia
• Regular travel to domestic and international locations
• Strong potential for succession into a Chief Accounting Officer role

Qualifications & Experience

• Current or recent Corporate Controller / Senior Director-level experience
• Must have experience within a complex, large, publicly traded company
• Ideally from high-tech, advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, semiconductor, or a related environment
• Strong SEC reporting and technical accounting expertise
• Experience with M&A, integration, process improvement, and organizational transformation
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Executive presence with a hands-on, proactive, business-partnering approach

Pay & Schedule

• $275,000–$325,000 base salary
• 35% bonus and equity
• Greater Boston location
• 4 days in office / 1 day remote per week
