  • Project & Program Oversight

  • Team & Operational Leadership
    • Build, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and directors supporting the healthcare practice
    • Ensure consistent application of JLL project controls, reporting standards, and quality assurance across the portfolio
    • Partner with PDS PMO and Regional Operations on staffing, utilization, and account profitability
  • Advisory & Strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • 15+ years of experience in healthcare construction, project management, or facilities leadership — ideally with time inside a health system, construction firm, or real estate services provider
  • Deep familiarity with hospital/MOB delivery methods, regulatory requirements (e.g., state health department review, life safety, ILSM), and healthcare-specific construction risk
  • Proven track record managing large capital budgets ($100M+) and multi-year construction programs
  • Strong business development track record; ability to win and grow client relationships
  • Certifications such as CHFM, CHC, or PMP preferred
