Vice President, Connected Intelligence Practice

Mythics’ Connected Intelligence Practice Leader drives the growth, market positioning, delivery quality, and financial contribution of the next-generation platform and transformation services portfolio, focusing on AI/ML, data platforms, middleware and integration, analytics, cybersecurity, automation, and cloud-native application technologies. This role defines and operationalizes scalable transformation offerings to modernize business platforms, integrate enterprise ecosystems, unlock data-driven insights, and accelerate AI-enabled outcomes. The practice is Oracle-led while supporting best-of-breed technologies aligned to customer and market needs.

Core Leadership Responsibilities

  • Own the Practice-level contribution to consulting services growth, profitability, and operational performance.
  • Define, evolve, and operationalize repeatable service offerings, solutions, and industry-aligned sales plays.
  • Establish go-to-market strategies, pricing guidance, and differentiation aligned to corporate growth objectives.
  • Partner closely with Business Development, Sales, and Presales on pipeline development, opportunity shaping, solutioning, estimations, and deal governance.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams of architects, consultants, developers, administrators, and technical leaders.
  • Define competency models, certification strategies, and talent development roadmaps aligned to strategic growth areas.
  • Collaborate with PMO and Delivery Governance to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery execution and margin performance.
  • Drive customer success, executive relationships, referenceability, and long-term account expansion.
  • Identify and mature reusable IP, accelerators, frameworks, and automation opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and speed-to-value.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, practice roadmap development, and cross-practice alignment initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and continuously evolve transformation-focused service offerings across AI/ML, data platform integration, middleware, analytics, cybersecurity, automation, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Develop scalable modernization and integration solutions leveraging Oracle OCI, Oracle Integration Cloud, data platforms, AI services, and complementary best-of-breed technologies.
  • Establish repeatable platform modernization and integration sales plays aligned to enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Drive cross-practice integration with Applications Modernization, Hybrid Multi-Cloud, and Managed Services to increase multi-practice solution adoption.
  • Build reusable reference architectures, accelerators, automation frameworks, and AI-enabled delivery capabilities.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Presales, and strategic alliance teams to position Mythics as a trusted transformation partner.
  • Lead strategy and enablement for AI-driven modernization and analytics opportunities across target industries.
  • Establish scalable global delivery models and develop high-performing technical leadership capabilities across the practice.
  • Support strategic customer engagements and executive advisory discussions related to modernization, AI adoption, integration strategy, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in platform modernization, enterprise integration, analytics, AI/ML, middleware, or cloud-native consulting services.
  • Proven experience leading digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success building consulting practices, developing service offerings, and driving services growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional solutioning and enterprise architecture discussions with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience building scalable global delivery organizations and offshore delivery capabilities.

Skills

  • Strong expertise across Oracle OCI, integration platforms, data platforms, analytics, AI services, and related enterprise technologies.
  • Strong understanding of consulting delivery models, services financials, and delivery margin management.
  • Strong executive communication, customer engagement, and organizational leadership skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively across Sales, Presales, Delivery Governance, PMO, and executive leadership.
