Vice President, Compliance & BSA Officer
About the role
We're seeking a VP, Compliance & BSA Officer to lead our Compliance Management System and BSA Officer role, working closely with the Chief Legal Officer, Senior Management, and the Board.
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise-wide Compliance Management System
- Serve as the designated BSA Officer
- Partner directly with the Chief Legal Officer, Senior Management, and the Board to ensure responsible business operations
- Mentor a talented team of compliance professionals
- Engage with regulatory bodies to maintain compliance standards
- Shape the compliance framework that safeguards our customers and our company
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive compliance experience in financial services
- 5+ years in a leadership or management role
- Deep expertise in BSA/AML, UDAAP, FCRA, ECOA, TILA, and other relevant regulations
- CRCM or CAMS certification (highly preferred)
