Job Description

The VP, Communications Business Partner-Care Enablement reports to the EVP, Communications and Corporate Affairs. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and leading integrated internal and external communications strategies
• Working with business segment CEOs to identify communication needs and align them with strategy and transformation priorities
• Leveraging communications expertise to position Care Enablement's products, innovations, quality, and commercial messaging globally
• Supporting segment leadership with executive communications, strategic narratives, and external-facing materials
• Leading employee engagement initiatives across diverse teams
• Managing crisis and issue communications, including product quality and recall issues
• Collaborating with C&CA Centers of Excellence to elevate the CE narrative and employee engagement
• Overseeing CE communications budget and managing global agency relationships

Success Profile

The ideal candidate possesses:

• 15+ years of experience in communications, including PR, employee communications, and marketing
• Experience managing global teams
• Proven ability to advise C-suite leaders and senior executives
• Strong track record in public relations, innovation, and change communications
• Leadership and engagement experience across diverse employee populations
• Ability to handle major reputational issues and crises
• Understanding of commercialization processes and market dynamics in technology-enabled healthcare
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability

Rewards

• Base salary range: $250,000 - $320,000
