Vice President, Co-Investment & Syndication
About the role
Vice Presidents lead diligence and structuring on direct co‑investment opportunities, manage the syndication process across the firm’s principal network, and own investor relations through close and post‑close coordination. The role demands sharp investment judgement, fluency across deal structures and asset classes, and the ability to manage multiple syndication processes in parallel. Cross‑border execution is the norm rather than the exception. The position is suited to candidates with substantive prior private investment or principal‑side experience who are ready to lead syndication processes end‑to‑end.
