Vice President, Client Services - Hanleigh
Job Summary
Aid in the development, implementation, and monitoring of office strategic initiatives, goals, and objectives. Oversee the overall operations of one or more business units, including workflows, policies, and procedures, ensuring high-quality work.
Position Details
This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week in our CT office. The position is open to candidates with a proven track record in client services, operations, or insurance and financial services.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop a high-performing client services team
Drive operational excellence, workflows, and performance metrics
Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and business growth
Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and stakeholders
Oversee compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in client services, operations, or insurance & Financial Services
Strong background in team leadership, strategy, and execution
Ability to influence, problem solve, and drive results in a complex environment
