About the Role

This executive leadership role will serve as a catalyst for enterprise-wide transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. The VP will bridge business strategy, technology, processes, and people adoption to deliver measurable improvements in scalability, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. A major focus will be leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including global ERP and process modernization programs. The role will also shape organizational readiness for AI, automation, and data-driven ways of working. Working closely with senior executives and cross-functional leaders, this individual will establish a culture of continuous improvement and transformation. The position offers significant influence across a global organization undergoing substantial growth, modernization, and integration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide business transformation, organizational change management, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic growth, scalability, customer experience, and operating-margin objectives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps, operating plans, milestones, resource requirements, governance structures, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead major digital transformation and process modernization programs, including global ERP deployments and initiatives designed to standardize and scale processes across regions and business lines.
  • Establish and evolve enterprise change-management frameworks, assessing organizational readiness, stakeholder impacts, adoption risks, resistance points, and productivity implications throughout major transformations.
  • Drive the development and formalization of a continuous improvement program using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, and Prosci ADKAR to eliminate waste, improve quality, increase productivity, and generate measurable financial benefits.
  • Partner with senior executives, IT leadership, governance groups, and business leaders to prioritize transformation initiatives and ensure technology investments support scalable operating models.
  • Support AI transformation initiatives by developing organizational change strategies for generative AI, automation, analytics, and data-driven workflows, ensuring workforce readiness, adoption, and measurable business value.
  • Champion the use of operational and transformation analytics to improve decision-making, track performance, measure benefits, and demonstrate return on investment.
  • Work with learning and development teams to create effective training, communications, and enablement programs that help employees understand, adopt, and sustain new processes and technologies.
  • Identify and mitigate transformation risks, anticipate resistance, develop stakeholder engagement strategies, and maintain strong communication throughout complex organizational changes.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions by leading business transformation and change-management activities, integrating processes, technology platforms, operating models, and organizational structures.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions across functions and organizational levels, including where direct reporting authority is limited.
  • Provide hands-on leadership across multiple high-value transformation programs, ensuring delivery remains on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Coach and mentor leaders and teams on change management, continuous improvement, transformation principles, and sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
  • Contribute to long-term technology, change-management, organizational, and operating-model strategies that support scalable enterprise growth.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of hands-on leadership experience driving business transformation, organizational change management, and continuous improvement initiatives at global or enterprise scale.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success using structured change-management methodologies to align business processes, technology, data, and people around measurable transformation outcomes.
  • Extensive experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs and securing executive sponsorship, investment, and organizational alignment.
  • Proven ability to influence C-suite executives, senior leaders, long-tenured employees, and multidisciplinary teams through clear, confident, and persuasive communication.
  • Strong experience modernizing legacy environments with significant technology, data, and process complexity while establishing scalable digital and operational foundations.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable cost savings through organizational transformation, waste elimination, process improvement, and quality enhancement.
  • Experience with ERP implementations in globally distributed environments and strong understanding of business technology solutions architecture.
  • Strong process expertise across business flows such as prospect-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and fulfillment-to-ship.
  • Experience leading business transformation and organizational change initiatives in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
  • Familiarity with recurring-services, managed-services, or hybrid-services business models.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, Agile, and related process and transformation methodologies; Six Sigma Black Belt certification and extensive Lean Enterprise experience are preferred.
  • Strong quantitative, qualitative, analytical, strategic-planning, and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on practical and measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, as well as requirements-management, project-management, visualization, and diagramming tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
  • PMP or CCMP certification is preferred.
  • Highly execution-oriented and comfortable operating hands-on within active transformation programs while balancing immediate priorities with long-term strategy.
  • Strong judgment, resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in high-accountability environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, resolve complex stakeholder issues, communicate transparently, and create alignment without relying solely on formal authority.
  • A collaborative, curious, data-oriented leadership style with the ability to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
