Vice President, Business Technology Liaison
About the role
As Vice President, Business Technology Liaison, you will lead the client operations team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, ensuring alignment with BNY's principles. You will serve as the point of escalation for the client operations team and develop strategies to enhance client service delivery using industry best practices and innovative solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will streamline processes, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure timely and accurate client reporting. This role acts as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and serves as the liaison between clients and product/engineering teams. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining high standards of operational integrity and risk management.
This position is located in Westboro/Boston, Massachusetts, with a requirement of 4 days in the office per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Typically 7-10 years of experience, including 2-3 years of management experience.
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams.
- Subaccounting and/or Brokerage experience is a plus.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package. The expected base salary for this position varies depending on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is part of a total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
