The Opportunity
This is an exciting career and financial opportunity in an executive-level position for emerging leaders who want to flex their sales muscle with new logo sales in an organization that is the global leader of customer experience solutions across multiple business verticals.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Engage with targeted accounts to identify new markets and opportunities within one or more of the following industries: Travel & Hospitality, Automotive, Energy & Utilities.
- Deliver on a multi-million dollar quota on an annual basis.
- Design a comprehensive sales strategy for solutions to complement our global business development framework, addressing market needs and new growth opportunities.
- Map out a business plan with clear goals, key actions, targets, and measures of success, including the complementary resources and tools required to meet and exceed organizational objectives.
- Direct the smooth implementation of well-defined, end-to-end business development plans based on current or new transformational needs and requirements, as approved and supported by leadership and our clients.
- Utilize own network in facilitating the opening of new markets and opportunities.
- Coordinates with the Bid/Proposal team to generate presentations and proposals for client delivery.
- Coordinates with TP legal team, negotiates with potential clients to ensure business terms are favorable to TP.
- Establishes and maintains collaborative partnerships with new clients to ensure we deliver committed results.
- Uphold and promote our Teleperformance core values, norms, standard operating policies, and procedures.
- Utilizes and manages the TP CRM system – Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Passion for selling into and building relationships within Travel & Hospitality, Automotive, and/or Energy & Utilities.
- Experience in a true BPO environment selling services.
- 8+ years of successful enterprise sales experience.
- 8+ years of experience in customer acquisition and client-facing roles, with a focus on account growth and developing strategies that exceed our clients' business goals.
- A strategic critical thinker with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in pricing, contract negotiations, and proactive, thoughtful proposals.
- Experience in business development, sales, and origination across multiple geographies.
- A robust network of contacts.
- Good understanding of CX-related digital technologies; Digital Transformation a plus.
- Strong negotiation and business management skills.
- Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must have extensive experience selling into and presenting to the highest-level decision-makers (C-level Executives).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset.
- Must be highly detail-oriented, productive, and accountable, with the ability to work under tight deadlines when necessary.
