Qualifications/Requirements
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in the management and motivation of staff.
- Commensurate experience in community-based agency programs such as advocate services, community reintegration/re-entry, and alternative to detention/aftercare knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other database software systems;
- Knowledge of an Electronic Health Record System (EHR) is a plus.
