Vice President
SCS is seeking a Vice President to join the Boston, MA or Portsmouth, NH office. As part of a client relationship team dedicated to serving the financial and investment needs of clients, the VP will work with the team to ensure clients receive a world-class experience. This role is located in Boston, MA.

This person must be committed to providing the highest level of client service, professionalism, and confidentiality while efficiently prioritizing tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage and oversee clients’ investment and financial plans
- Prepare client meeting presentations and coordinate manual reporting
- Analyze, develop solutions, and communicate sophisticated wealth management topics in a clear, concise manner
- Participate in client meetings and assist with inquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Serve as the first point of contact for some clients
- Think creatively and strategically about client needs
- Drive process and efficiency improvements using experience
- Support new business development activities
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; CFP or CFA designation highly preferred
- 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience in investment, wealth management, estate planning, or tax/accounting
- Fluency in planning and/or investment topics
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail; effective problem-solving ability
- High energy and self-motivation to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
Pay
The annualized base pay range for this role is $150,000–$170,000. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location, and skill set. The base pay is one component of the total compensation package, which may also include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
