• Provides leadership across anesthesia services, operations, compliance, and expense management to drive alignment with HCA’s strategic plan.
• Leads the launch and operationalization of new anesthesia programs, including staffing models, workflow integration, onboarding, and post-launch stabilization.
• Identifies underperforming operations and designs turnaround plans in collaboration with local and enterprise teams.
• Establishes performance dashboards, benchmarks, and KPIs to ensure sustainable operations post-implementation.
