Responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio generating $8M - $10M annually
- Drive financial health and growth across client accounts
- Forecast and lead revenue discussions with leadership
- Identify and convert growth opportunities for revenue goals
- Understand client business context and competitive positioning
- Lead internal brainstorming and client ideation sessions
- Develop and build a high-performing team with succession planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Marketing or related field
- 8+ years in senior/client services leadership roles
- Strong team management and mentoring experience
- Digital transformation project experience
- Proven ability to build C-level client relationships
- Expertise in consultative selling and complex technical solutions
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
