Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with oncology alliances and health plans
- Create enterprise relationships with national scope and complexity
- Create multi-year strategic account plans with specific growth targets
- Map decision-makers within accounts to influence access and adoption
- Lead negotiations for contracts and partnership frameworks
- Translate national initiatives into actionable opportunities for commercial teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in oncology, diagnostics, or life sciences account management
- Proven experience managing C-suite relationships within complex health systems
- Expertise in negotiating enterprise agreements and clinical access contracts
- Strong collaboration skills across sales, medical, marketing, and market access teams
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and written proposals
- Self-managed with the ability to oversee multiple complex accounts
