Responsibilities

  • Build partnerships with oncology alliances and health plans
  • Create enterprise relationships with national scope and complexity
  • Create multi-year strategic account plans with specific growth targets
  • Map decision-makers within accounts to influence access and adoption
  • Lead negotiations for contracts and partnership frameworks
  • Translate national initiatives into actionable opportunities for commercial teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in oncology, diagnostics, or life sciences account management
  • Proven experience managing C-suite relationships within complex health systems
  • Expertise in negotiating enterprise agreements and clinical access contracts
  • Strong collaboration skills across sales, medical, marketing, and market access teams
  • Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and written proposals
  • Self-managed with the ability to oversee multiple complex accounts
