About the role
The company was founded in 2011 to help small and medium-sized businesses fight the rising cost of employee health benefits. We blazed the trail with financing innovations that reduce the risks in self-insurance and deliver significant savings—and we continue to lead with a growing ecosystem of partners and world-class cost control solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative solutions to improve employee health benefits
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners, and vendors
- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes
- Contribute to the growth and success of the company through strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as healthcare management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare benefits, finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare insurance products and services
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
