About the role
The company was founded in 2011 to help small and medium-sized businesses fight the rising cost of employee health benefits. We blazed the trail with financing innovations that reduce the risks in self-insurance and deliver significant savings—and we continue to lead with a growing ecosystem of partners and world-class cost control solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative solutions to improve employee health benefits
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including HR, finance, and IT teams
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting employee health benefits
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (healthcare, business, or technology)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in employee health benefits or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience with data analysis tools and software
- Knowledge of health insurance regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Strong understanding of health insurance plans and benefits offerings
- Experience with financial modeling and budgeting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
