Position Summary

The Vice President of Account Management is responsible for leading the strategic management and growth of key client accounts within the Light Industrial Staffing division. This role focuses on client retention, revenue growth, service excellence, and building long-term partnerships while leading a high-performing account management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Account Management team across assigned regions.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients.
  • Drive client retention, account growth, and profitability.
  • Partner with Sales, Recruitment, and Operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • C Conduct business reviews and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Resolve escalated client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance, service levels, and key metrics.
  • Develop account strategies to support long-term business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with client agreements and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in staffing, including leadership in account management.
  • Strong background in Light Industrial Staffing and workforce solutions.
  • Proven success in managing large strategic accounts and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
