Vhole Operator

Duties

• Transfer and load materials to/from V-Hole machine.
• Process and inspect products in conformance with both verbal and written instruction.
• Perform machine specific cleaning procedures.
• Aid maintenance department in performing machine specific preventive maintenance.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Participate in setup and machine changeover when needed.

Working Conditions

• Works inside plant where there is a great deal of noise.
• The work may be dusty, dirty and greasy.
• May handle sharp edged metal and be exposed to chemicals used in oil.

Physical Effort

• Works on a hard surface;
• stands, stoops, bends and lifts heavy objects weighing 35-50 pounds.

Safety Equipment

• Wears safety shoes,
• glasses,
• gloves and ear plugs where required.
